Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your gear meets your expectations.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- BREATH DEFLECTORS and other intimate accessories
- Opened or used helmet interiors
- Customized or personalized items
- Products showing signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects
- All AXOR helmet series (including AXOR APEX, AXOR BRUTALE, AXOR HUNTER, AXOR RETRO, AXOR SABER, AXOR STREET, AXOR STRIKER, AXOR X-CROSS, and AXOR XBHP) must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with original packaging

Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind or size exchanges.
